Keiten J. Nuspl brings a unique combination of commercial real estate expertise, business ownership, and strategic advisory experience to Acuity Edge Advisors. Since beginning his career in commercial real estate in 2016, he has built a reputation for helping business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs make confident decisions that create long-term value.

During his seven years with Block Real Estate Services, Keiten gained hands-on experience across every aspect of commercial real estate, developing a deep understanding of market analysis, complex negotiations, seller representation, and investment strategy. His work has included representing more than 5 million square feet of commercial property and facilitating over $200 million in transactions, giving him valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities business owners face when buying, selling, or investing.

Today, as Director of Zeal Property Advisors, Keiten continues to guide clients through significant investment decisions, helping facilitate more than $150 million in commercial real estate sales. His experience working with private equity groups, multifamily investors, and business owners allows him to provide practical guidance tailored to each client's goals, whether they're expanding, repositioning assets, or preparing for future growth.

Beyond commercial real estate, Keiten is an entrepreneur with ownership interests in several Kansas City businesses. That firsthand experience gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to build, operate, and grow a successful company.
